• Your request for a refund must be submitted within exactly 7 days (168 hours) from the exact time of your initial purchase.
• Your account must not be suspended or banned for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing accounts, using automated streaming bots, restreaming).
• This must be your first purchase with EagleCast TV. Renewals and returning customers are not eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your account email address and your order or invoice number.
3. State the reason for your refund request. (While not required for approval within the 7-day window, your feedback helps us improve EagleCast TV).

4. Processing Time

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process it immediately. However, please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution. Cryptocurrency refunds will be processed at the USD exchange rate at the time of the refund.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are strictly non-refundable:

• Subscription renewals (automatic or manual).
• Account upgrades made after the initial 7-day period.
• Any dedicated hardware or setup fees (if applicable).
